**Fire Alarm Foreman - AlertONE Service Inc**

As a Fire Alarm Foreman at AlertONE you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and installers in the installation and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems. Your leadership will ensure that projects are planned properly, completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Construction Foreman to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of fire alarm system installation projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and installers, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure proper installation of fire alarm systems.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan project execution and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and system testing to verify the correct installation and functionality of fire alarm systems.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials necessary for project completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed, adhering to reporting requirements and compliance regulations.
- Enforce strict compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines and codes related to fire alarm and safety systems.

**Qualifications**:

- NICET Level III certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a foreman or lead technician in fire alarm systems installation, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and fire alarm technology.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute plans from blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying information to team members, management, and clients.
- Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Nights / Weekends as needed
