**Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator** is responsible for:

- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization).
- Attract potential patients
- Build relationships with new communities.
- Facilitating new patient enrollments and educating communities, patients and POA’s about the the intake process
- Network with key constituents who work with the elderly populations and retain existing ones
- Be a resource for communities whenever there’s grievances.
- Attend marketing events/meetings.
- Create and maintain marketing material while looking for cost effective deals.
- Maintain and establish relationships with marketing material suppliers.
- Attend meetings that pertain to Marketing leadership, Multidisciplinary team leadership and others.
- Ambassador for the Crown Health brand in the community

CEO for now

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- 5 progressive years of experience working in Marketing or Public Relations or related field.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and natural ability to interact and network with the community
- Someone not bashful about asking for direction when they don’t know a certain concept
- Ability to type, spell and use grammar correctly. Articulate and speak professionally. Avoiding slang when speaking with community constituents.
- Someone who dresses like a business professional and can represent the organization ethically and professionally when interacting with the community.

**Preferred Qualifications**:(All qualifications listed above as well as the following):

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or Public Relations
- 2 years of experience working in a Marketing Coordinator role.

**Salary/Compensation**:
$53,200 to $79,500 annual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $52,558.00 - $79,256.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
