We are looking for a Eating Disorder Recovery Specialist who is willing to work **in our client’s home environment** for **4-8 hours per week **and assist them in creating sustainable recovery systems at home. Coaches will help implement coping skills and help clients create patterns which serve them in a more functional manner at home, at work and in the community.
**Responsibilities**:
- _**Coaching role**_: helping a client be proactive and implement the changes they want to see in their homes and lives
- Processing emotions and issues around recovery in the moment when they are happening
- Working through triggers in real time and helping clients develop new interests and discover the ways in which life can be enjoyable
- Provide and facilitate conversations between clients and family to help rebuild/repair their relationship
- Accompany clients to meetings, appointments and recreational activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s level counselor - Preferred
- 2 years of experience working in eating disorder residential treatment
- _**MUST HAVE**_: Strong background in eating disorder recovery
- Malpractice insurance
**About the Role**:
We believe life happens at home and it is the role of our coaches to meet clients where they are and help them build (or re-build) their best lives. Home, not rehab, is where our triggers are therefore our coaches assist clients in navigating these triggers in a positive and healthy way. Each coach’s role is specifically tailored to the needs of the individual client. The coach is picked in order to provide a “best-fit match” to ensure success. Coaches work with us on a case-by-case basis depending on fit and schedule of clients. Coaches often focus on helping clients to build a schedule and solid recovery network. When we see clients successful with our coaches, we continue to contract with them for other cases nearby.

Koplin Consulting is passionate about providing mental health and coaching services which allow individuals life changing help in real life and in real time. We understand that problems do not happen in the office or during office hours and neither will the solution. Our clients face a unique set of challenges in life and their businesses and need individuals who understand those issues as well as how to navigate them.
Contract position**:$75/hour**
