Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly closing journal entries, accruals and financial statements
- Asist in cash management and reconcile bank accounts with GL regularly
- Communicate with management agencies and resolves the issues from receivable accounts
- Collect invoices from vendors or project managers; review, verify, document, code and enter bills into the system; prioritize invoices according to payment terms
- Run aging reports on weekly basis and process payment transactions via ACH, wire and/or checks
- Maintain vendor records and master files, as well as invoice filing system and W9 records
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner; research, analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies, complex payment and vendor issues
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of tax form 1099
- Perform other duties associated with operations and/or complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Accounting or Finance College degree
- 1-2 years accounting experiences preferred
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate attention to details and good record-keeping
- Fast learner, open to change and able to handle demanding environment

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with corporate accounting procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
