Recall Coordinator

**SUMMARY**:
This position is responsible for researching the available databases to determine applicable unit and accessory recalls, as well as service advisories. Provides visibility of the advisories to those departments responsible for repair.

Support Services:

- Help Service and Delivery Advisors with open repair orders/recalls.
- Researches online databases to determine all recalls applicable to delivery and service coaches.
- Contact manufactures regarding recalls on coaches.
- Document recall information on corresponding repair orders.
- Manage and maintain log book for all recalls.
- Mail letters to customers regarding any recalls on their coaches
- Prepare required reports.
- Attend all company required meetings.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be detail oriented.

**EDUCATION**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
