**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our electronic scheduling system (Denticon)
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a dental setting
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software systems (Denticon)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
