Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests as they enter the dealership and provide best-in-class customer service to guests and employees alike
  • Assist with directing guests
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and delegate as needed using the phone system.
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold.
  • Provide various administrative support as it pertains to the store
  • Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance.
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
