Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work as part of admin team on daily tasks and workflows related to client support
- Assist with client account changes, investment transactions, reports, and other account administration
- Prepare and process paperwork for new accounts, ensuring all client documentation is returned, completed and approved
- Process client requests including wires, checks, journals, trades, etc.
- Help create firm-level processes and procedures
- Greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone with professional, warm demeanor
- Work with team to onboard clients of a newly acquired firm
- Meet compliance standards in all tasks and projects
- Prepare meeting documents, reports, and other materials
- Schedule and confirm meetings, set up screenshare appointments, and track in CRM
- Support advisors with para-planning and/or trading tasks
- Respond to questions regarding accounts, policies and procedures
- Participate in MFG Task Groups or Project Teams as directed, managing project work such as data organization, input, and consolidation within various software systems
- Attend compliance and continuing education training sessions as required by regulatory agencies and the firm
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other related duties

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
