**Job Summary**:
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities that support The Arc, its mission, and employees. As the face of The Arc, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service, answer, direct incoming telephone calls professionally, and provide a seamless and pleasant experience for all who enter the building. The Bilingual Administrative Assistant must be able to work independently, demonstrate flexibility with schedules and practice appropriate time management to meet ever changing deadlines. This role must demonstrate dedication to the ideals and values of The Arc, including but not limited to assurance and protection of rights; belief in the inherent worth and dignity; the right to self-determination; the right to community inclusion; and respect for and recognition of the strengths and needs of the individuals and families we serve.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- A valid driver’s license.
- Criminal and/or FBI background checks and other clearances as required by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
- Current and ongoing physical if required by PA Department of Human Services regulations.
- **Must be fluent and proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding both English and Spanish.**

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
