**Responsibilities**:
1. Initiate outbound calls to warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and inquiries.

2. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.

3. Educate prospects about our credit card processing solutions, emphasizing key features and benefits.

4. Establish trust and rapport with prospects by providing personalized recommendations and solutions.

5. Address prospects' questions, objections, and concerns, positioning our offerings as the optimal choice.

6. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.

7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status updates in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and transition qualified leads.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

10. Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversion and revenue generation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service, preferably in financial services or payment processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of converting leads.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on addressing unique prospect needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Knowledge of credit card processing technologies is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business administration preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
