Responsibilities:

- Articulate and grow the CanCode Communities brand across all internal and external communications, public affairs, and marketing channels
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and compelling social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets to captivate our audience and drive engagement.
- Craft and distribute informative and engaging newsletters to our subscriber base, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand messaging.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels, leveraging insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring to CanCode:

- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing, design and social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Proficiency in utilizing SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is ideal, and/or related professional experience is desired.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
