Front Desk Agent

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Manage reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and strong phone etiquette
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
