Estas son sus responsabilidades como gerente de oficina en Mr. Electric

Como gerente de oficina, usted es un miembro clave de nuestro equipo. Manejará un equipo de Representantes de Servicio al Cliente que son el primer punto de contacto que nuestros clientes tienen con nosotros.

Estas son las principales responsabilidades de este puesto:

- Capacitará y administrará el desempeño de los Representantes de servicio al cliente para garantizar que brindemos un servicio excelente.
- Manejará los problemas de los clientes escalados que no pueden ser resueltos por un representante de servicio al cliente
- Identificarás áreas de mejora dentro del equipo de RSC para mejorar la eficiencia y la satisfacción del cliente.

Así es como medimos el éxito
- Satisfacción del cliente de primer nível: será responsable de garantizar un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente al capacitar a los CSR para brindar una experiência de cliente increíble.
- Eficiencia: al utilizar métricas operativas, evaluará a su equipo e implementará cualquier mejora para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo de RSE.

Requisitos de trabajo

Los siguientes son los requisitos mínimos para el puesto de Representante de Servicio al Cliente.
- Se prefieren más de 4 años de experiência en administración de oficinas
- Sólidas habilidades organizativas, de gestión de proyectos y de resolución de problemas
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal

Pago y Beneficios

El rango de pago inicial para nuestros Gerentes de oficina es de $XX.00 a $XX.00 por hora, según su nível de experiência.
