**Job Summary**:
**Hours**:
Our office is only open 1-2 days per week, but we will need someone to handle the phones throughout the week during regular business hours. Compensation will be slightly adjusted for the days we are not working in the office, but those days won't require work in the physical office location. Overall pay and pay adjustments will depend on experience.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and assist office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and billing personnel
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage the scheduling of appointments
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical records, and billing data
- Oversee the management of electronic health record systems and other office software systems
- Coordinate with referring providers and staff to ensure timely delivery of patient care services
- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental management practices and policies

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with typical practice management softwares (open dental preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively supervise staff and foster a positive work environment

**We offer competitive compensation based on experience.**

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
