The Town Agency is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an insurance customer service representative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Quote new homeowner and automobile insurance policies
- Service existing homeowner and automobile clients
- Make changes to homeowner and automobile insurance policies on company websites and on our agency management system.
- Quote existing customers' policies and move them to a more competitive company if necessary
- Answer phone
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Proficient in using computers
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry
