Job Overview

Key Responsibilities**Talent Acquisition Strategy**:
- **Interview Coordination**:

- Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms to assist hiring managers in the selection process.- Administer and evaluate assessments or tests as required.**Offer Management**:

- Work with hiring managers to formulate competitive job offers.**Onboarding**:

- Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.**Employer Branding**:

- Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking activities to enhance the company's presence.**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.**Attributes**:
