Supervisory Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective, long term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.

· Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff

· Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations

· Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

· Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.


Duties/Responsiblities

· Plan and direct activities of recruiting staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, evaluating applicant qualifications and any other recruiting related activities.

· Fills all open positions for assigned business units, ensuring proper screening and vetting of candidates to

· Assist HR Assistants with processing all pre-employment screening such as backgrounds, references, WOTC, and other onboarding activities

· Maintain Open Requisition Report with input from the Sr. Recruiter and provide all such details weekly by end of day Monday.

· Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.

· Work with the Marketing Department to enhance the Company’s Social Media footprint and ensure such sites as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and others are implemented as a viable recruiting tool

· Evaluate data on recruiting activities

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

· Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

· Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.

· Manage salary negotiations, present job offers, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.

· Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

· Collaborate with HR Assistants and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

· Use virtual job fair platform (Brazen) to fill multiple openings in short period of time, thereby reducing the time to fill measurement.

· Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.

· Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent for hard-to-fill roles

· Proactively work on improving global talent acquisition process

· Other duties related to Staffing and Onboarding as assigned

· Bachelors Degree in business or related field or exp in lieu

· Minimum 5-7 years full-cycle recruiting experience

· Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

· Strong working experience with online ATS systems (preferably UKG) for requisition process, interview scheduling, approvals, etc

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications with an aptitude to learn new programs quickly
