Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our HVAC and Plumbing company We're seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with HVAC and Plumbing services, inquiries, and support.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as needed.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments, installations, and maintenance visits. Optimize scheduling to accommodate customer preferences while maximizing technician efficiency.
- Order Management: Process orders for HVAC and Plumbing equipment, parts, and services accurately. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions. Input relevant data into the customer management system to facilitate efficient follow-up and future communications.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our HVAC and Plumbing products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and address their needs effectively.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about HVAC and Plumbing products, services, and maintenance best practices to empower them to make informed decisions and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to assist customers and provide exceptional service experiences.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with colleagues across different departments.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HVAC and Plumbing systems and terminology preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
