- **Achieve Placement Excellence**: Meet or exceed accreditation benchmarks, ensuring that our graduates find meaningful employment opportunities.
- **Building Lasting Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong connections with students, graduates, and alumni to understand their skills and needs, facilitating optimal job matching.

Qualifications:
**Your Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: An associate degree or higher is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- **Relevant Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in higher education career services, the placement industry, or Student Affairs.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- **Goal-Oriented**: Experience in goal setting and meeting designated outcomes.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
