Catalyst Construction is seeking a seasoned and motivated salesperson who can pave the way for our sales team. As an estimator you will be responsible for accurately pricing residential construction projects, developing new relationships, refining existing sales process and assisting with material procurement. You will play an essential role in guiding customers to a successful remodeling project.

Our Estimators play a crucial role in Catalyst Construction's success. As an Estimator, you will be entrusted with the vital task of providing precise project cost estimations and cultivating lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals. You'll be an integral part of a team committed to enhancing communities, one project at a time.

**What you'll do**:

- Drive the acquisition of new projects by actively seeking and cultivating relationships with potential clients, including Designers, Architects, and homeowners.
- Carefully analyze and improve company wide sales process to increase efficiency and conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive project cost estimations to provide accurate and competitive pricing for each remodeling endeavor.
- Collaborate closely with clients to analyze project requirements, ensuring precise and tailored cost projections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Designers, Architects, and homeowners, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
- Lead the sales process by conducting client follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed project cost walkthroughs to provide clients with transparent updates on financial progress, ensuring their complete confidence in our pricing.
- Efficiently manage and oversee cost estimations for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**What you'll need**:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred, Construction Management is a plus.
- Experience with residential construction, estimating, sales and/or design is preferred; 2 - 5 years of experience is ideal.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates in various stages at once, take initiative and think on the go.
- **Valid driver's license in good standing**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
