**_Senior Sales Representative_**

**_As a Senior Solar Sales Representative at Sunbright Solar, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts and promoting the benefits of solar energy to residential customers. Join the #1 growing industry in the nation awarded top 5 Solar company in Florida declared by Forbes._**

**_Responsibilities_**
- **_Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions._**:

- **_ Present and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy to potential clients through high level sales techniques._**:

- **_ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and present terms to close deals._**:

- **_ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction._**:

- **_ Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and solar technology advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers._**:

- **_ Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity._**

**_Requirements_**
- **_Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role._**:

- **_ Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and industry best practices._**:

- **_ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers._**:

- **_ Ability to effectively present and articulate complex information in a clear and persuasive manner._**:

- **_ Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team._**:

- **_ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience._**:

- **_ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and streamline sales processes._**
