Administrative / Production Coordinator

A&SW Consultants, Inc. is hiring for an Administrative/Production. A&SW teaches construction inspection certification classes for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This position is for our home Office/Classroom in Sanford, Florida. Dependability, Organization and Detail Orientation are of the top skills needed to be successful in this position. With multiple classes scheduled every week, it's a fast moving environment, while maintaining the same repetitive tasks weekly.
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Administrative**:Answer phones, processing check deposits, scan class documents, administer written exams, Instructor equipment and inventory tracking
**Production**:Maintain and Replenish book inventory, Work with copier person, Transform Book Material into correct format,
**Labor**:Shipping/Receiving, Clean and Reset Classroom, Supply ordering, Light Office Cleaning, Book purchasing Mailing
**SKILLS**
Dependable, Multi-Tasking, Detail Oriented, Organized, Self-Motivating, Independent Work, Reliable, & Problem Solving
Move boxes up to 40 pounds and ability to stand for long periods of time
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
