Lab Receptionist

**Position**: Medical Receptionist - Lab

**Location**: Fall River, MA

**Job Type**: Full Time - 40 hrs

**Essential Duties and Qualifications**:

- Greet patients
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
- Schedule and Register patients according to established protocols
- Verifies and updates patient demographic information for accuracy
- Will access LMR and ECW as needed to perform work required
- Schedule appointments as needed and transmit laboratory orders from ECW to the LIS
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned
- Ensure patient areas are well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality

**Minimum Requirements and Skills**:

- Knowledge of scheduling, telephone skills, typing, organization. time management, customer service, and verbal communication
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures

Pay: $18.66 - $22.47 per hour
