The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a Front Office Operations Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.

**The Role**:
**What you'll do**:

- Lead and manage the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
- Oversee the Front Office Manager, Night Manager, and front office staff.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures by the front office team.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain and enforce procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

**You'll be successful if you have**:

- At least 3 years of hotel front office leadership experience.
- Knowledge of computer software, with Opera experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

**Required Qualifications/Experience**:

- At least 3 years of hotel front office leadership experience.
- Knowledge of computer software, with Opera experience preferred.
