Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.

Hours required:
Sunday 7am-3pm

Mon 12:00 pm -5:00pm

Tue 12:00 pm - 5:00pm

Wed 12:00 pm - 5:00pm

there may be times when you finish a little earlier or later than the above listed times.

**Duties**:

- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine.
- Wash specific items by hand when necessary.
- Store clean dishes and utensils appropriately.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition.
- Remove trash regularly.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Assist Pastry Department/afternoon shift when necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic cooking equipment.
- Experience with banquet or hotel dishwashing is a plus.
- Hospitality industry experience is beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
