**Mission Ceviche UES** is looking for a skilled and experienced **Chef de Cuisine **to join its team. As an Executive sous chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to guests. If you are passionate and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this opportunity could be perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Help with menu planning and development of new dishes
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sous-Chef or similar role in a restaurant.
- Strong understanding of food handling, food service, and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and ability to create new dishes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Ability to work well within a team

Pay: $69,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
