**Automotive Sales Professionals**

**Starting at $60,000/year based upon experience**

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong closing ability.
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
- Organized and strong phone and follow-up skills.
- Excellent customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales Representatives spend time with customers at the showroom to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
- Sales Representatives commit to becoming certified experts and gaining in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Maintain all required training
- Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads by referrals
