Overview:
**Duties**:

- Verify borrower information, employment history, credit reports, and financial statements
- Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) guidelines
- Communicate with borrowers to request additional documentation or clarify information as needed
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and other third-party vendors to facilitate the closing process

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and procedures
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in basic math calculations and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Calyx point or other loan processing software systems
