**ABOUT THE JOB**:
The General Manager position is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the clubs overall direction, coordination, operation, and success. Our General Managers ensure the clubs meet or exceed financial goals while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, team member relations, sales, in-center business performance, and member participation.
The General Manager will provide daily support to the team members and offer ongoing leadership, motivation, and development. They are responsible for casting the team, coaching, communication, alignment, and holding our team accountable to the Kollective ethos: Work Hard, Live More. The General Manager is the club ambassador spearheading the effort to provide each member with an unforgettable experience.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Performs daily walk-through inspections to ensure that all areas of the club are clean, neat, organized, and like new
- Analyzes member feedback to ensure the best experience is delivered
- Monitors budgets, forecasts revenue and expenses for each department monthly/quarterly/annually
- Monitors supplies, payroll, cost of goods, and expenses for each department monthly/quarterly/annually
- Meets weekly with team members to ensure KPIs are followed and each department is meeting and exceeding goals.
- Mentors team to ensure continuous growth through training, development, direction, assessing performance, and providing feedback
- Provides effective individual performance evaluations, recognition programs, and awards
- Authorizes and processes new hires, promotions, employee status changes, and terminations.
**ACCOUNTABILITY**:
- Recruit, train, and develop team of Concierge and Facility staff members.
- Handle escalated member concerns
- Manage and convert leads to members [sales and appointment setting]
- Support the delivery of a clean, well-maintained, and world-class fitness environment for members and team members to thrive in.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES**:
- HS Graduate
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Experience managing 5MM+ in top-line revenue
- 2+ years experience in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
- 2+ years experience managing 20+ team members
- 2+ years experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements/revenue/EBITDA budgets
- Experience providing high-end customer service and managing customer concerns
- Track record of success in a performance-driven work environment
- Excellent interviewing skills
- CPR and AED-Certified
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds
**AVAILABILITY NEEDS**:
- Minimum of 40 Hours per week
- Day or Night shift
- Weekday and Weekend availability
- Some Holidays
