Position Summary

The Data Outcome Coordinator specializes in analyzing and interpreting data to derive actionable insights and drive decision-making. This role will be responsible for uncovering trends, patterns, insights and utilizing data visualization tools to present findings effectively to drive contractual performance outcomes. In addition, the position supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and activities designed to improve quality throughout the organization. The Data Outcome Coordinator will perform all job duties in a way that demonstrates and emphasizes kind and respectful behavior, purposeful connection, and integrity in a service-oriented manner.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monitoring contractual performance outcomes for Texas Family Care Network and subcontractors.
2. Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
3. Identifies data gaps, errors, anomalies, inconsistencies, and redundancies by analyzing the content, structure, and relationships within data.
4. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
5. Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner, facilitating data-driven decision-making process.
6. Act as a liaison between departments to maximize data quality for the Texas Family Care Network and the provider network.

Essential Qualifications
- Education - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in data science, business analytics, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience may be substituted.
- Experience - A minimum of one year of experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and or reporting work.
- Clearances - State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances; CPSL Mandated Reporter
- Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training per state regulation.

Working Conditions
- Physical Demands - Requires vision, speech, and hearing. Position allows employee to move about freely or sit at will when performing job duties.
- Environmental Factors - Office environment.
- Working Hours - Traditional 40-hour work week.

**Experience**: Required
- A minimum of one year of experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and or reporting work.

**Education**: Required
- Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
