This position is for fabrication and installation of glass shower enclosures. We sell it, hand it off to you and you install it.

You must have your own insurance and have lived & worked in Austin for at least 5 years, along with having all of your shop as well as equipment/tools with you in the Austin metro area. No exceptions.

For consideration, you must have completed at least 10 full bathroom showers within the last 6 months. If you are not currently working in bathrooms please do not apply.

You will be required to submit photos of your work and specifically your demo and installation work. If you do not have that experience please do not apply.

You must be able to work on a job site without promoting your own company via your marked vehicle, wearing clothes or by directly promoting yourself to HPB's customers directly for additional work on the side. If you have an issue with this, then please do not apply.

Half Price Baths, LLC is hiring bathroom shower enclosure installation crews. If you’re someone who has multiple installation teams you can put together and work with then all the better.

Our pay scale is labor only is up to (all materials provided by your shop are expected to be at below retail prices as we are currently getting gouged with fabricators over charging us for the cost of the glass. If this is an issue and you plan to overcharge us for glass.

**Requirements**:

- Just be drug-free, polite, kind, and professional as a subcontractor for our company.
- You must have your tools & transportation.
- You must pass a background check & not have any felonies.
- Your previous employers will be contacted & you must have at least 3 references.
- You must show pictures of your previous work in bathroom remodeling & have established relationships with glass vendors in the DFW metro area.
