Position Overview
The Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality installation services for our acrylic products. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in construction and renovation.

Key Responsibilities
As an Installer, your primary duties will include:
  • Executing the demolition, replacement, and installation of tubs and showers, ensuring compliance with our standards.
  • Installing new plumbing valves, PEX, fixtures, and acrylic wall surrounds.
  • Handling additional tasks such as luxury vinyl flooring installation, cabinetry, countertops, and drywall work.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Keeping the work area tidy and respecting the property of our customers.
  • Providing clients with guidance on the maintenance and care of their new installations.
  • Completing all necessary documentation and submitting project photos accurately.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home renovation.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic plumbing knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using power tools.
  • The ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solid work ethic.

Preferred Experience
Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
  • Carpentry
  • Ceramic tile installation
  • Floor covering
  • General remodeling

Job Type
This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $140,000 per year. The work schedule typically follows a Monday to Friday routine.
