Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team and prepare delicious sushi dishes. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and great-tasting sushi dishes for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri following traditional Japanese techniques
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sushi preparation area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders
- Monitor food stock and place orders when needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role
- Knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
