**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with artists to understand their vision and requirements for their music.
- Produce for the client to the highest standard
- Provide creative input and direction to enhance the quality of the final product.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Music Producer with a diverse portfolio of work.
- Proficient in using DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations) such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or Pro Tools.
- Strong understanding of music theory and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working with various music genres,
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the LGBTQIA+ community is a plus.

- Passion for creating and supporting original and diverse music.
