**Description**

At S. Abraham & Sons, Inc. we believe in putting customers first as they are the core to everything we do. Our Customer Service Team's top priority is to successfully aid our customers in order processing and troubleshooting their needs across multiple states.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Effectively resolve customer questions via phone in a timely manner
- Compose personalized responses to customer problems
- Data entry of customer orders
- Process customer order credits
- Outbound calls with delivery updates as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service
- Not intimidated by technology and willing to learn
- Not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Genuinely empathetic and articulate

We employ over 100 associates in our Walker warehouse and we carry over 10,000 items. These items are picked and packed and then delivered by our drivers to more than 2,500 customers weekly.
