**Pay**:$20.77-$22.85 per hour DOE

**Schedule**:Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, some evenings and weekends as needed

**SUMMARY**:Under the direction of the IT Manager, the IT/AV Specialist will assist with the Audio Visual (AV) operations of the Village and helpdesk tasks including answering the helpdesk extension and submitting tickets. The IT/AV Specialist will assist with or manage IT/AV related tasks, provide troubleshooting support, supervise AV volunteers, and work effectively within the department and interdepartmentally to create a spirit of teamwork.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months experience in the Audio Visual field required.
- One year Customer Service experience required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software at minimum, Adobe Suite experience preferred.
- Proficient in display and audio setup for Mac and Windows laptops and tablets, IOS and Android mobile devices. Aptitude to troubleshoot software and AV equipment operations.
