This is crucial to ensure that the CWTP program is effectively providing opportunities for trainees to gain valuable work experience. You will also be tasked with reviewing and evaluating CWTP status reports that are submitted by PennDOT district offices. Your expertise will be needed to provide guidance and feedback to these offices, ensuring that they are in compliance with the program's regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing CWTP contractor exit interview feedback. This feedback will help identify any areas that require further investigation or follow-up. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all necessary information is properly addressed. Lastly, you will be conducting preliminary investigations into complaints related to program participants. These investigations will require you to gather relevant information and prepare preliminary summary reports for your supervisor.
