**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities in the Boston market. We have a team of talented professionals, driven by results and relationships and committed to taking care of our clients and each other.

**What You Will be Doing** Our Commercial Sales Representatives focus on new, business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, effectively managing a sales funnel, face to face sales, setting appointments with prospective clients, interviewing to assess client needs, presenting proposals and delivering on a sales quota. Ultimately close deals to hit monthly sales goals. (Account Examples: apartment complexes, health care, hospitality, property management, high rises, and much more.)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the Boston market for our Commercial Energy Solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business development opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technical sales or business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Experience in business sales is a plus but not NEEDED

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
