Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents against purchase orders or invoices
- Inspect shipments for damages or defects and report any issues to the appropriate personnel
- Sort, label, and organize received goods in designated storage areas
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer orders
- Utilize warehouse management systems (Woocommerce & Shipstation) to track inventory levels and update shipment records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving area

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory management
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Familiarity with warehouse operations & order fulfillment processes
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.78 - $18.28 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
