**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and making copies
- Coordinate and assist in event planning and organization
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors
- Handle scheduing and ensure accuracy and clearity
- Assist with operations as needed
**Skills**:
- Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in office tasks such as typing and data entry
- Ability to assist in event planning and coordination
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Experience with scheduling systems and maintaining accurate records
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
