**Desert Garden Montessori **seeks Infant and Toddler Classroom Assistants to join our school community for the upcoming Fall school year (2024-2025). We are a growing Montessori community that values interpersonal connection, character, and excellence in Montessori education.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must meet all state requirements
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
- Previous experience in a childcare or daycare environment strongly preferred
- Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have effective communication skills
- Possess basic computer skills
**Hours**:School hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, M - F
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
