Core Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Build, test, and deploy newsletters & SMS campaigns, inclusive of campaigns, journeys, and triggers.
- Ensure timely asset requests and briefing to relevant departments.
- Assist in creation of A/B test strategies to drive performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics and performance to ensure we’re driving optimum engagement and conversion for subscribers
- Assist in developing performance dashboards to analyze CRM metrics to continually improve results and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR & Marketing, Ecommerce, and Stores to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to coordinate campaigns across marketing channels to maximize overall traffic, conversion and revenue

- An affinity for fashion and retail
- Intermediate Excel skills a plus
- Experience with web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI a plus
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Emarsys and/or Attentive a plus

**Compensation**:$66,793.00 - $75,142.25**
