**JOB SUMMARY**
**To acquire, develop and maintain relationships with our customers through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and excellent service.**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- ** Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store.**
- ** Connects with customers in a friendly and meaningful way.**
- ** Demonstrates expert styling and brand knowledge.**
- ** Recommends merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences, regardless of department or channel.**
- ** Use upselling techniques to increase store sales.**
- ** Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.**
- ** Courteously takes returns and offers options based on customer’s needs.**
- ** Assists in operational tasks (actively maintains selling floor, fills in stock, cleans fitting rooms returns merchandise to other departments)**
- ** Maintain a good working knowledge of the POS System and be able to ring up customer purchases.**
- ** Contributes to team effort by adhering to the company’s core values of Adaptability, Genuine Passion, Growth and Development, Integrity, Excellence together and Service.**

**FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- ** Minimum High School or GED is required.**
- ** Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends and holidays, game days, graduations, ring day, special events.**
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
- ** One Year progressively responsible retail or other service related industry experience is preferred.**
