**Retail Sales Associate Responsibility**:

**Retail Sales Associate Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma/GED Req (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 6 months of customer service /sales experience, Retail environment (preferred)
- Enthusiastic customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and hitting monthly performance goal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
