Mps Associate

**Primary Role**

**_ To manage BluEdge’s onsite print room operation at the below listed client locations._**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform any type of printing from simple photocopying to scanning and printing on digital equipment, both Large and Small format, Black & White/Color requests.
- Monitor levels of site inventory and order replenishment if needed
- Place supply orders for all equipment onsite
- Place service calls to BluEdge Helpdesk
- Provide remote support to BluEdge Helpdesk efforts
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of packages with BluEdge branches
- Communicate with Branch Managers and department managers regarding print production offsite
- Key Operator on all BluEdge on-site equipment
- Operate and maintain client-owned equipment
- Assist client with vendor coordination
- Assist client with job award submittal
- Work/Cross train in other areas during periods of downtime

**Communication Skills**:

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general technical procedures or governmental regulations. Must have the ability to submit business level correspondence and support billing process after training. Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from BluEdge managers, client site managers and the general public._

**Previous Experience**:

- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Digital Print Operations/Customer Service role at an on-site client facility’s Print Room or Print Shop with client/customer contact

**Prerequisites**:

- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Maintain a clean workspace

Must be able work with PC Scanners, Printers, Plotters as well as other related technology and binding

**Secondary Role**
- Perform any type of printing from simple photocopying to scanning and printing on digital equipment, both Large and Small format, Black & White/Color requests.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
- Works on different projects simultaneously
- Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the production department and or Client
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of packages
- Key Operator on all BluEdge equipment
- Work/Cross train in other areas during periods of downtime
