Right of Way Technician/executive Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare supporting documentation for offer packages
- Maintain and update various databases. VDOT RUMS experience a plus
- Provide QA/QC check of prepared documents for various projects
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, scanning documents, and knowledge of general office equipment
- Knowledge of Mail Merge or willingness to learn

**Position Requirements**
- Knowledge of real estate terminology desired
- Plan/Plat reading experience desired
- Legal, title research, and/or real estate background desired
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
- Proficient typist
- Possess basic math skills
- Must possess a High School Diploma
