**Responsibilities of Document Control Specialist include, but are not limited to**:

- Administer the document life cycle for engineering and operational documents, including drawings, correspondence, procedures, and forms.
- Expedite documentation from the project management team and customers.
- Review documents for proper revision, document type, document number(s), and all comments have been incorporated.
- Maintain organization of document revisions for electronic files and logs.
- Compile job books for engineered rotating equipment packages
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications of Document Control Specialist include, but are not limited to**:

- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Office, Word, and Excel)
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and detailed oriented
