Restoration Sales

**Sales experience in the restoration industry, or home improvements preferred.**
**Responsibilities**:
**Develop and maintain professional relationships with local Insurance Agencies, Realtors, Property Management Companies, Fire Stations within these vertical sales channels to drive company KPIs and generate revenue.**
- Conduct 12-15 in-person B2B sales calls daily.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information, and monitor sales performance.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase market share.
- Build brand name awareness by understanding and effectively communicating the services offered by the company
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales revenue goals and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- On the road sales 80% and admin 20% of the time
- Attend weekly meetings to review Sales/Marketing Scorecard with the Owner & GM
- Maintain communication within membership Associations and attend sponsored events
- Attend evening and weekend marketing events as required
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
- B2B sales experience
- Ability to use Facebook and other Social Media platforms
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction and hospitality fields.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
