Builder Processing Specialist

**Description**:
We are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual that takes pride in their work, function exceptionally well in team environments, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Summary**:

- Order and review title reports for accuracy, and recorded deeds/documents to determine ownership and rights to subdivide, sell, and convey; or review for any liens and encumbrances, or any restrictions that are required to be disclosed on the Public Report or that may affect land sales.
- Ensure delivery of customer service through fast and accurate response to customer requests and inquiries with the ability to take feedback and utilize suggestions to achieve desired outcome.
- Research information by utilizing town, city, county, and state websites, and other methods necessary for drafting and ensuring all required disclosures are in the public report.
- Submit public report and documents online to the ADRE (Arizona Department of Real Estate).
- Review plat maps, survey maps, airport maps, CC&R's, HOA Bylaws, soils reports, flooding, and drainage reports/letters, purchase contracts, and other various documents provided by clients and request any corrections as needed and/or noting necessary information for the public report.
- Any other tasks as specified by management.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Support and promote the company’s Vision, Commitment to Excellence, and Guiding Principles.

**Skill/Ability**:

- Knowledge or ability to learn and utilize SmartVIEW, SoftPro, Value Check, Google Earth, Google Maps, and various GIS mapping systems.

**Education/Experience**:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
- Two years’ experience in the escrow, title field, or similar field in the real estate industry.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
