Payroll and Account Payable Specialist

Coordinate, prepare and process **payroll (US and international) **in an accurate, timely and compliant manner. - Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws as needed to assure compliance with payroll requirements. - Review and reconcile periodic payroll tax filings. - Assist with the accounts payable tasks including processing of vendor invoices and payment requests, employee expense reimbursements, corporate credit card transactions, and entering related information in the ERP system. - Reconcile vendor statements to processed invoices and assist with resolving discrepancies. - Assist with maintaining vendor information in the ERP system. - Collaborate and communicate effectively with employees and external contacts as needed. - Make recommendations for workflow and process improvements. - Perform administrative and other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's, AA, or AS degree in accounting - 1-3 years of payroll processing experience (experience with ADP a big plus) - Strong communication skills are mandatory - Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions - Ability to meet deadlines - Problem-solving skills - Professional maturity Preferred Qualifications - Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, ADP Celergo

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
